Apply: Projects Associate/Senior Associate (International Law Firm)

The Role:

Our client is an International Law Firm with established sector focus areas. You will work with an established Veteran and thought leader in the Energy and Projects space. They are looking to hire to build up a team. you will play a pivotal role in advising banks, sponsors, and agencies on the development and financing of cross-border energy sector project finance transactions. They are particularly interested in candidates with exposure to projects work in renewable energy, including wind, solar and LNG deals.


Requirements:

• Singapore, England & Wales, or other common law jurisdiction qualified with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of NQ - 8 years post-qualification experience in a law firm 
• Expertise in cross-border and emerging markets transactional work
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable working collaboratively and independently in a multinational environment.
