Banking & Finance Associate

The Role
Our client is an international law firm who is looking for an Associate to join their Banking & Finance practice. This headcount will get the opportunity to work on high-value cross-border transactions across Asia-Pacific and beyond. This includes:

Advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, and project finance.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of finance documents, including facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's global offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Requirements:

LLB from a recognized University, with a strong academic background.
Qualification in Singapore and/or other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
3 or more years of post-qualification experience in banking & finance.
Mandarin or another Asian language proficiency is a plus but not essential for internal & external communications and engagement
