Apply: Agile Coach / Scrum Master (Telco) – Multiple Positions

A great contract opportunity at a Large Melbourne based Telco to help coach agile delivery groups in executing timely delivery of key customer ICT and business products and services within a ‘new ways of working’ environment. Ideal candidates will be Agile Project Specialists/Champions/Scrum masters who can morph quickly into coaching roles surrounded by an ever learning and ever evolving environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple cross-functional teams to diagnose opportunities for agility uplift, and coach through execution
  • Facilitate forums and agile experiments to continuously improve on the ways of working with business delivery teams
  • Act as a thought-leader, advocate and champion for new ways of working across the business, contributing to the continuous improvement and adoption of the agility journey
  • Relentlessly improve on how work progresses from “idea-design-build-test-production-operate” and own the job of how to improve the process
  • Team building, working closely with Scrum Masters to provide motivation, celebration of victories and resolution of conflicts before they become issues
  • Embed agility principles and artefacts with teams and roles – including hands-on demonstration, training, mentoring, induction, facilitation, and presentation.
Key Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications Business and/or technology or equivalent experience (required)
  • 3+ years’ experience in an Agile coaching/mentoring role
  • Deep understanding of agile software delivery, the path to production and other operational aspects.
