Ethos are currently recruiting for a Senior Corporate Development Analyst to join a leading ASX listed organisation based in Sydney CBD. The role would suit a Manager or Senior Manager looking to make there first move from consulting in transaction services or valuations.

Responsibilities
  • Full management of both acquisitions and disposals
  • Performing and leading due diligence services in relation to large capital investment at both a business unit and enterprise level
  • Research, analyse and interpretation of data, providing financial strategic analysis using bespoke financial modelling techniques;
  •  Build relationships with senior leadership across a number of business units enhancing the reputation of the team by providing value add commercial insights
  •  Develop a standardised approach to commercial analysis across the organisation
Requirements
  • Merger & Acquisitions (Buy and sell side, deal origination, capital raising) experience operating at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level with at least 5 years experience gained from a Big 4, quality boutique or specialist financial advisory firm;
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with CA/CFA qualifications;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-depth experience in presenting to various internal and external stakeholders.
