Our client is a financial services organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation. We currently have a need for a Senior Business Analyst with a business focus to under go a new and exciting piece of work around process, customers and lending systems.

You will have the experience to address business focused projects against a backdrop of a rapidly changing operational change and technology.

Experience and background requirements include:
  • 8+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking organisation
  • Strong process mapping/ requirements gathering across lending systems
  • Gap analysis and assessing impacts
  • Strong regulatory and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management across risk and legal 
  • Working with multiple technology systems and streams
  • Understanding, analysing and documenting business requirements.
  • This involves extensive interaction, organising and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders
Due to the nature of the program lending and core banking experience is required for this role.

Qualifications: University degree and/or project management qualification ie Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM) or equivalent
