About the role:

We have a great entry level opportunity for a Replenishment Coordinator in our South Melbourne Support Office.

The successful candidate will assist and work with the Merchandise team to: 

• Review daily replenishment and raise purchase orders
• Analyse sales and stock trends to set appropriate replenishment parameters
• Monitor and make recommendations to improve stock flow by store, sku, brand, category and supplier level taking store size and capacity into consideration
• Be the key point of contact for stores regarding stock levels, deliveries and supplier queries
• Manage reporting and analysis requirements on a weekly and adhoc basis;
• Assist with promotion management,
• Assist with forecasting and inventory management

 Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous experience in allocation or planning in a retail inventory environment would be advantageous;
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are essential, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and V-Look Ups
• Strong communication skills 
• High value on teamwork and working within a small, focused team
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
