AO3 Project Support Officer (Administrative)
Location: Buderim
Rate: $49.40 - $54.81 per hour + Super
Contract: Until 12 December (possible 3-month extension)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer (DRFA) to provide high-quality administrative and project support services to our team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and team members, using a range of software tools and information management systems to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and assess RADAR submissions and images in line with DRFA guidelines.
Manage and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DM, and similar platforms.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and basic statistical reports to support project updates.
Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and team members.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

About You:

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with electronic document management systems.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
