Your expertise will be instrumental in providing insightful thematic analysis on jurisprudential and regulatory shifts impacting creditor recovery strategies in the APAC region. Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience within the Restructuring and Insolvency team of a top-tier law firm, coupled with a robust academic background.
• Key skills include the ability to analyze debt documents to offer actionable insights, conduct restructuring options analysis, review and negotiate various debt documents such as bond indentures and inter-creditor agreements, and navigate both out-of-court and in-court restructuring processes applicable to the APAC region
• Excellent written communication skills tailored for professional audiences are essential.
