Our client is a leading enterprise level organization seeking a Sr IT Business Partner to Manage the internal applications.

Responsibilities

Accountable for overall internal Business Applications in a hybrid environment (on-prem/on-cloud platforms)
Responsible for partnering and managing overall IT relationship with Business Units and Corporate Functions
Lead a team of IT professionals to provide effective and efficient day-to-day operation and project support across all business applications
Assist VP IT in transforming the business application landscape to support company’s digitalization journey
Participate in the formulation and execution of IT strategy plan to support the company’s business plans
Provide leadership in the planning, delivery and management of on premise and outsourced application managed service model
Establish, deliver and monitor business systems operation with measurable performance metrics to best meet business and regulatory requirements
Plan and manage resources with the objectives of cost optimisation and operation efficiency through innovation, automation and partnership
Manage external service providers and vendors to ensure operational SLA is met
Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with all business stakeholders and vendors
Responsible for internal budget, contracts renewal and technology roadmap planning within business system group
Support internal IT control policies and compliance guidelines
Partner with the IT Architecture & Security team on the development of cohesive technology roadmaps and blueprints according to the overarching IT strategic directions.
Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Cloud team to ensure business systems are well supported by underlying infrastructure in an hybrid environment
Work closely with IT Governance to ensure all audit and compliance requirements in the business systems area are met

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
At least 15 years’ working experience in managing complex enterprise IT applications and operations with minimum 5 years in leadership role
Experience with regulatory compliance issues and best practice in IT applications management, application modernization, migrating and integrating with cloud, etc
Good understanding of modern application development lifecycle concepts and adoption
Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to formulate, institute and monitor policies, procedures and standards
