My client is a leading Asset Manager with operations in all major financial hubs across APAC, UK/Europe and the US.  They offer a range of bespoke products and services to large corporates, pension/super funds and sophisticated investors and are recognised globally as a true market leader.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within the finance team for an energetic and high performing Senior Financial Accountant.   This role will offer you fantastic exposure to the business and key responsibilities will include:

Quarterly board and investor reporting;
Review and preparation of all statutory reporting for the funds;
Partner closely with the business providing ongoing analysis;
Provide technical accounting advice to the business;
Assist with fund structuring and ensure a strong control process is implemented across all funds;

The successful candidate will be confident, articulate and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your background and experience will include:

• CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
• Experience ideally gained in a Big 4 or 2nd tier CA firm (looking for your 1st move into industry) or,
• Existing Financial Accounting or Fund Accounting experience gained in the Investment Management industry.

Strong excel skills will be highly regarded, coupled with strong attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
