Reporting to the Head of the Life Insurance division of this leading Wealth Manager, you will be an integral member of business and be responsible for risk management and compliance  within the first line.

This role will have a high profile and see you working extensively with the executive leadership team to ensure their success in the achievement of commercial and strategic objectives. Using your commercial acumen, strategic mindset and objectivity you will assist the business with the design and implementation of the risk framework and strategy, assess business controls  and continually drive an uplift in the organisation's risk awareness and engaged culture.

In addition, you will be working on a number of strategic initiatives including the development of the Risk Culture program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in risk management and/or compliance gained within Life Insurance or wealth management,  be proactive, enjoy working with senior level business stakeholders and gain satisfaction from a role with a build or fix mandate.
