Maxima has been engaged to recruit for a Rapid Response Labourer by our client. This is a great opportunity to gain employment within Local Government.

About the role:
This position will be responsible for ensuring that but not limited to:
  • Effectively assist the Rapid Response Team to respond promptly to all customer service requests and emergency situations included but not limited to:
  • Pothole repairs.
  • Paving and concreting maintenance.
  • Roadside signage repairs and replacements
  • Rubbish Removal.
  • Minor Building maintenance.
  • Overflow bins and bin delivery.
  • Weather related Damage.
  • Vehicle collisions as required.
  • Assisting with the Lines and Signs team.
  • Follow all WH&S procedures and protocols.
  • Some out of hour’s work will be required.
 About You:
  • General Knowledge of Construction and Maintenance.
  • Current Car License
  • Work Zone Traffic Management (Essential)
  • MR Truck Licence (Essential)
  • Paving and Concrete exp (Desirable)
  • Be able to pass a medical
  • Current National Police Clearance or able to Pass (Essential)
  • You will be self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Great time management skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Great attitude to work (Essential)
