Corporate Development AVP/ Manager (Japanese speaking)

Singapore based, permanent headcount.
Salary range: SGD 120-150k annum base + VB on top
Native Japanese speaking is mandatory due to role/ deal requirements, highly visible role that will report to C-level

Responsibilities would include:

Take charge of firm’s deal transactions, performing M&A, financial analysis, modelling and valuation, and assessing commercial risks and return for investment opportunities.
Due diligence & valuation analysis on assets over the Asia pacific region, do research and able to use databases for information
Managing strategic treasury activities inclusive of cash flow forecasts, bank partnerships and debt management.
Being part of senior management, dealing with all investment, corporate finance and treasury matters
Maximise shareholders’ value through financial planning, supporting the senior management in the capital investment decisions, developing and implementing appropriate corporate and financing strategies
Managing the entire financing exercise to raise equity / debt financing for all investments and projects
Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, involvement in project management, execution

Profile of ideal candidate

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with 6-10 years of relevant experience
Highly numerate with business acumen, with strong financial / business technical skills
Good written, verbal and presentation skills
Possess willingness to learn, initiative, commitment to excellence, resourcefulness, tenaciousness and reliability
Detail-oriented team player who is able to work collaboratively with others
Strong personal leadership and work ethic with curiosity to learn and develop. Analytically strong and able to draw insights from large amounts of data
Positive, resourceful and a strong team player. Ability to build relationships across the organization of varying functions and levels
Native Japanese speaking is MANDATORY
EP or relocation package will be fully sponsored where necessary
