The Firm
FutureYou has partnered exclusively with an internationally recognised Design Firm with studios across the globe. Their offices are located across Australia, Europe, New York and the UK and are currently expanding in to new and exciting locations!

Bringing together Architecture, Interiors, Landscape and an Urban Design team forming a highly motivated and talented team to deliver the most outstanding in Architecture and Design solutions.

The Role
An opportunity exists for Senior Associate/Associate Principal to join this international practice to work under the tutelage of one of the Studio’s leading Principals in an exciting role that will elevate your position and career in years to come. You will be hungry for a challenge and will want to grow and develop yourself. 

This position will see you rubbing shoulders with the Industries elite; and will put you on a pathway to a Principalship within the proceeding 12-24 months.  

You will be learning the ropes from an Industry leader in Business Development, front end-design, and the effective management; leadership and running of a client relationship.  

Opportunities like this are highly sought after and rarely become available. Due to the unprecedented growth and expansion of operations; this role has been created.  

This role is based in beautiful – sunny Brisbane - and relocation assistance and packages are provided for the successful candidate.

About You 
You will be an accomplished Senior Associate with a minimum of 10 Years’ experience; working across Commercial & Mixed-Use project typologies. You will be capable of managing teams, clients and be able to have complete confidence in your abilities to present and liaise with all stakeholders. 

Strong attention to detail is essential, and the hunger to want to expand and develop yourself is essential! This role will see your career literally take-off to possibilities you may never have considered. 

A background in Commercial and Mixed-Use project typologies is absolutely essential, a strong client-facing acumen and the ability to drive new and exiting opportunities.

The Non-Negotiables
> A background in Commercial & Mixed-Use project typologies.
> Proven, and recent delivery of such projects.
> The ability to relocate to Brisbane, Australia.
> Minimum of 10 years’ experience.
> Currently an Associate or Senior Associate.
