This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams and have excellent office locations.  A great opportunity for an experienced Internal Review Officer to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.

About the role:
 
  • Working with participants to gather information regarding the nature and context of review requests, informing participants and their representatives about decisions, reviews and the appeals process.
  • Undertaking evidence-based decision making as prescribed in the Agency Act, the Agency rules, Operational Guidelines and the Agency policies.
  • Monitoring and managing caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
  • Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes and systems.

  • You will have strong and efficient organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You will have strong engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have Case Management skills.
  • You will have ability to work with stakeholders across a variety of teams, and external stakeholders.
