This highly-renowned Restructuring & Insolvency practice has growth role for a technical lawyer with a strong background in both front-end transactional and back-end insolvency matters to join an expanding team in Sydney.

In view of their global presence, you will have the opportunity to get involved in complex matter both on the contentious and non-contentious side across a broad range of industry sectors including real estate and construction, retail, manufacturing, IT, and healthcare to name a few.
 
Working with a high-profile Partner known for their ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients, you will advise clients including major banks, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners on litigious matters including enforcement of security, turnaround, asset recovery and enforcement action on behalf of banking & corporate clients. You will be involved in acting for insolvency practitioners involved in formal appointments, and informal workouts.
 
In this role you will have direct client contact well as supervise and mentor more junior lawyers.
 
With at least 5 years PAE you ideally have a specialisation in both insolvency and restructuring. You will be technically strong, commercially focused and pragmatic in devising client solutions.
