Develop strategies for a wide range of creative initiatives; Strategic lead in IT footprint; foster IT footprint in Asia Pacific and position market strength; Strong understanding on market trends, insights, competitors and technology implementations. Keep abreast of emerging behaviors, technologies, and companies that are changing our clients’ businesses and their consumer landscape ‒ in the Asia Pacific region. Establish service catalogue structure, lifecycle review, pipeline strategy to achieve significant growth; Market analysis of service price; optimization of cost structure; perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace; Finds creative, differentiating ways to gain insights, using known tools (qualitative and quantitative), as well as unique and new approaches. Contribute to business growth by leading strategic conversations that uncover new business/demand opportunities and drive timely innovation; Collaborate with team members and relevant external parties to strengthen ideas and leverage best practices; Define a clear role for all relevant digital platforms by providing the strategic framework and communications plan to achieve this. Lead for design, negotiation, service contracts (insourcing and outsourcing model); Strengthen operations model plus quality and process improvement; uncover insights through qualitative or quantitative research. Write and presents micro and macro-level creative briefs for all initiatives;
 
To be successful, you need to possess minimum 15 years relevant work experience in business process management know-how within the automotive strategy field covering strategy,  finance, supply chain, workforce analysis and transformation. Advising and influencing  senior executives in the area of market strategy and trends align with the technology changes to be future ready. Fluency in Korean will have added advantage.
