Our client, a major Australian law firm with a stand-out Environment & Planning practice is seeking to appoint an accomplished Senior Associate to their thriving team.
 
Working directly with  supportive and approachable partners, you will advise on complex and interesting planning and environment matters, which are often novel and cutting edge.  Your work will include major project approvals, environmental impact statements, GAIC, planning permit applications, planning scheme amendments, compulsory acquisition, native title, water, pollution & waste, and environmental regulatory & compliance matters.  You will work with a variety of clients from both the public and private sector. 
 
With 4-7 years PQE, you have outstanding environment and planning experience either from a top tier, mid tier or reputable boutique firm or from an in house environment.  You enjoy business development, providing proactive solutions to your clients as well as providing technically excellent commercial advice.  You are experienced working in a collegiate team environment and are able to effectively delegate to junior lawyers.
