The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing global insurance firm is seeking a skilled Manager level candidate with experience in Digital Partnership and acquisition. This role will be based in Hong Kong.  


Responsibilities:

Digital Partnership & Acquisition

• Develop, drive and realize pipeline of e-Commerce opportunities through new partner conversion and cultivate alternate distribution channel
• Management of existing business partnerships for growth and to increase product density
• Timely execution of planned business initiatives to meet financial KPIs
• Ensure regular work communications internally and externally

Digital Channel Development

• Full Ownership and project management of insurance online platform to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience via product design & pricing, promotion campaign, visual messaging, ease of use, etc
• Define business requirements and functional specifications for insurance online platform. Prepare the relevant requirements documentation for submission to the development team
• Lead user acceptance testing prior to application rollout, including coordination with all key internal and external stakeholders

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute online digital marketing strategy (including SEM, SEO, social media and loyalty program) for customer direct websites/ mobile site
• Coordinate with vendor/external agency and collaborate with internal departments to ensure all aspects of the e -Commerce projects are successfully implemented per requirements

 
Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience and track record in driving sales whilst delivering customer conversion and acquisition cost optimisation
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
• Knowledge of analytics tool e.g. Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Project management skills
