A reputable insurer is in the search for an experienced Compliance Director – HK focused role. In this role, you will work within dynamic, hybrid and collaborative environment with strong leadership team in place.
 
The Role:
The role entails taking on ownership in enhancing overall Compliance capabilities as the business continues to grow, ensure senior management and Committee are informed and well advised to tackle regulatory challenges and building an effective channel with regulator. You will initiate compliance projects to build sustainable and balanced compliance practice and culture.
 
Requirements

• 12+ years of Compliance experience
• Prior experience in management role
• Demonstrate ability to navigate in dynamic and growing businesses
• Influential communication at different seniorities
