Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement detailed business plans & budgets and asset management strategies to meet all safety and performance objectives and, to ensure predictable long-term distributions to unitholders.
• Report to Head of Asset management to ensure full regulatory compliance, stable plant/asset performance and long-term plant/asset reliability.
• Oversee operations of assets including periodic review and monitoring approved budgets/plans, operations and maintenance reports, incident reports, BCP plans/reports, ad-hoc project feasibility study reports, technical review reports, insurance valuation and risk assessment reports, material contracts, capital expenditure plans, etc.
• Provide internal reports as required including routine and ad-hoc review of assets conditions, asset enhancement plans, monthly and quarterly updates
• Develop and establish good business relationships with all stakeholders including contractors, joint venture partners, external service providers and professional teams, and customers and regulators
• Participate in ad-hoc asset enhancement projects, such as plant capacity upgrade projects, safety and security enhancement projects, etc

 

Pre-requisites

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience ideally in the utilities infrastructure sector preferably with exposure to long term concession contract/ Real Estate/ Offshore and the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) structure
• Naturally able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Good work ethics, team player, family culture
