Operational Risk Manager APAC – Global Brokerage Firm

The Role:
My Client is a global Brokerage Firm and we are recruiting for an Operational Risk Manager to join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing all APAC ORM risk-related matters and working with the Business Leaders on policies across Asia.

Responsibilities:

Implement and spearhead new Operational Risk policies for the business
Conduct RCSA and Risk Assessments, and identify any gaps within the business
Implement and design new processes within the Risk team
Mitigate and provide Risk Advisory to the senior stakeholders
Maintain and build a Risk culture in the firm

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a reputable university
At least 5 years of Operational Risk experience – ideally from a Financial Services firm
Well rounded ORM experience RCSA / KRIs / Risk and Control etc
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
