About the Role

As Senior Category Manager you will be responsible for delivering technology procurement wins, managing a high value of spend within the ITC categories.

Responsibility will sit with you to drive best-in-class sourcing initiatives that work collaboratively with a fascinating array of stakeholders. This end-to-end responsibility to deliver optimal outcomes will include policy development, commercial negotiations, supplier relationships, contract management and risk assessments. The spend is complex and sizeable and as such this position is considered a senior position with a genuine leadership profile.

In short, this is a highly visible role with responsible for a key strategic area of IT spend. You will ensure the optimisation of commercial practices that positively showcase your procurement wins.

About the Candidate 

The successful candidate will have a procurement career which highlights clear wins managing the ITC spend categories. Your technical expertise will combine with a positive mindset, that engages with an interesting and diverse range of stakeholders. You will work collaboratively to draft and execute a clear strategy that delivers success, in line with the values and compliance required.
