VP / Director, Markets Compliance

The Role

My Client is a leading Corporate Bank and we are looking for a Markets Compliance Director to join the team in Singapore. We are looking for Compliance candidates who are keen to grow their career in an international and long-standing institution, and you will also be leading a lean team in the organization.

Responsibilities:

Implement and spearhead new FICC Compliance framework within the business
Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
Any other ad hoc Compliance duties across the Group level
Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm

You must:

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
10 years of experience in a Compliance role
Experience in FICC is a must
Strong understanding of regulations.
Ability to lead a lean team
