Join a fast-growing health technology solutions and service provider as Client Relations Manager. In this role, you will lead, maintain and develop assigned accounts to ensure a continuous and positive client experience and maximize profitability. You will be working in a business and team environment that focuses on open communication, collaboration, and working autonomously to achieve efficiency and quick decision-making.

Key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Lead assigned accounts and support team members where required
Build and maintain excellent long term relationships with the clients
Define strategic account plans annually and see through to execution
Maintain quick and high quality interactions and escalate resolutions in a swift and client-centric manner
Negotiate, prepare and issue renewals within agreed time frames
Support the Business Development team on new clients and ensure a smooth and seamless transfer

To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills, qualities and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree
Circa 5 years of progressive Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the Health care/Health insurance industries

Good experience dealing with corporate/multinational companies and presenting to senior stakeholders

Display outstanding interpersonal , presentation and communication skills

Individuals who demonstrate self-driven, innovative, passionate and positive qualities

Collaborative, goal-oriented and problem solving skills
