A growing financial services firm is looking for a Corporate Actions Associate to join their expanding operations team.

Responsibilities:

Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions distributions accurately and on a timely basis
Prepare/verify payment advices
Handle warrant agency service for structured warrants, proxy voting
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures
Prepare statistics and management reporting
Perform billing
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Requirements:

Possess at least two years of experience in operations
Familiar with corporate action events
