Description
As the Replenishment Planner you will be responsible for inventory distribution across channels and distribution points, ensuring ongoing development of replenishment capability through improvement and automation of processes and tools. You will be responsible for management of stakeholders and business process change and execution of replenishment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of forecasting and replenishment processes including demand forecasting, S&OP, replenishment and inventory plan and distribution requirements
Development and communication of forecasts in S&OP process
Statistical and forecasting methods for replenishment orders
Cross-functional collaboration
Analysis of sales trends and insights into forecast accuracy drivers and how to address them
Management of master data
Development of plans and policies for best in class processes
Inventory optimisation
Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
Profile
7-10 years Supply Chain experience
Experience in Supply and Demand planning
Telco or service-based industry experience
Demand management experience
Qualifications in Supply Chain or other related field
Stakeholder management skills
Strong administration, analytical and reporting skills
Strong leadership and ability to drive performance
Advanced Excel
SAP knowledge
