Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 4.30pm
Candidate with order fulfillment experiences in chemical industry
Candidate with experiences in shipping or freight forwarding handle chemical products are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

Update customer inventory report if required by customer
Receive customer forecast and plan for buffer inventory
Receive customer PO ad generate sales order
Generate delivery order and invoice to customers
Communicate and follow up with customer orders / request
Maintain proper documents filling and housekeeping
Handle customer documents for export shipment etc-issue billing, packing list and shipping invoice
Ensure timely delivery of goods
Liaise and coordinate with logistics for goods picking, packing and labelling
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in related field
3-5 years experiences in end to end order fulfillment in chemical manufacturing industry
Experiences in shipping or freight forwarding which exposure in handling dangerous goods / chemical products are welcome to apply
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
Familiar with MS Applications such as MS Excel and SAP system
