One of the Top Tier FinTech companies is looking for Legal Counsel, SEA to support its international business expansion in the APAC region. You’ll be drafting, negotiating commercial contracts and provide legal advices to internal and external stakeholders. This includes legal matters involving the Southeast Asia region in particular for Singapore related matters, such as: conducting compliance analysis and regulatory surveys, representing the legal function in regulatory engagements.

You’ll have:

Qualified lawyer (SG, UK ,or US)
Regional Experience in Remittance or payment related business
Proficient in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
Ability to work independently under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to a fast paced work environment.
Strong regulatory knowledge and skills
