Patient Service Associate (1 Year Contract to Perm, Polyclinics, Office Hours)

1 Year Contract (Convetible to Perm), With 1 Month Completion Bonus
Polyclinics, Multiple Vacancies at Various Locations
Office Hours, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm and Sat Half Day

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections.
Responsible for the reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic.
Answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling
Performing general administration and cashier's duties.

Requirements:

NITEC holder
Strong customer service experiences
Able to speak with Chinese-speaking patients when needed
Positive thinker, team player with a pleasant disposition
Hard working
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computing knowledge and willing to learn.
