Our Building Services team is seeking experienced Resident Engineers to support a major project in Macau. This role will be responsible for the on-site supervision and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements, quality standards and programme objectives.
We are hiring three Resident Engineers across the following disciplines:

Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning (MVAC)
Electrical (EL)
Extra Low Voltage (ELV)

Candidates with substantial experience in any of the above disciplines are encouraged to apply.
This role is stationed in Macau for project execution.

Responsibilities

Supervise MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and statutory requirements
Review and coordinate contractor submissions, including shop drawings, combined services drawings, method statements and material approvals
Monitor site progress, identify delays, sequencing issues and coordination conflicts, and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, electrical, ELV and other building services disciplines
Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify results prior to acceptance
Manage inspections, identify non-conformances and monitor close-out actions
Review and verify as-built drawings against actual site conditions
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, utility providers and authorities regarding inspections, approvals and technical matters
Prepare site reports and maintain project records to support project delivery

Requirements

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in site supervision of building services projects
Strong experience in one or more MEP disciplines, including MVAC, Electrical or ELV systems
Proven experience in site coordination, contractor management and stakeholder engagement
Strong understanding of testing and commissioning activities for building services installations
Experience in Macau projects is an advantage
Strong site-based construction experience
Willing to be stationed in Macau for the duration of the project
