This is an inbound sales role (No cold calls) from current and new clients which will give you the opportunity to discuss tailored packages and educate customers on relevant products to their individual needs. You will upsell and cross-sell a range of products and services providing outstanding service and positive customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
Identify upselling and cross-selling and new business opportunities
Effectively manage your pipeline to achieve your weekly and monthly targets
Facilitate online and phone inquiries
Analyse customer requirements and tailor an ideal package around their individual circumstances
Use of the internal CRM to accurately document customer requirements and ensure an efficient application process.
About you
You will be a true Sales professional having successfully achieved budgets in the past making you hungry for success.
You will not be driven by KPI's you must understand the recipe for success and be focused on the end result to attain the reward for your hard work.
Proven success in a similar sales position within a call centre environment
Strong sales skills that enable you to work towards and achieve set targets
Highly proactive and motivated
The ability to multitask proficiently
Heavily client focused and the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, friendly and bubbly
A can do attitude with a determination to succeed.
