Cloud and Infrastructure Architect

Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain the core infrastructure used by the engineering teams with focus on speed and stability
Simplify the process of creating and adding new services and environments to our infrastructure
Setup dashboards and other monitoring tools to analyse and monitor our architecture
Monitor application logs for critical and urgent issues
Have a keen eye for automation opportunities. Measure and reduce toil
Build a great customer experience for people using your infrastructure
Report directly to the CTO and will also be responsible for any other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the CTO.

The Must-Haves

Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up cloud infrastructures
In-depth knowledge on Amazon Webservices mainly (EKS, ECR, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation, CloudPipeline, etc.)
Good coding experience on Yaml or equivalent for setting up IaC
Can debug complex problems across the whole stack
Very experienced with a Unix shell
Worked with Security Teams in the past
Knowledge on Chaos Engineering or Penetration Testing is preferred
