The Role:

Location: Fortitude Valley QLD
Duration: 12-month Full Time Traineeship

As a Receptionist Trainee, you will support an energetic and ambitious team by providing outstanding client support and administrative assistance.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:

Meet and greet clients on reception
Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries, via phone and email
Schedule client appointments
Document and file management including data entry tasks
Update and maintain client data
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and meeting rooms

About You:

To be successful in this Traineeship, you’ll need:

Keen interest in architecture and design
Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
Fantastic attention to detail
A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines

Role Requirements:

Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable)
