I am working with a PE firm to hire for one of their portfolio companies. This company specializes in Real Estate investments and they are now moving into the world of Science Parks.

The problem, they know real estate but they don't know Science Parks, what makes a good one, what does it need for companies to want to be there? This is where you come in, providing that expertise, knowing what companies in the industry want, they will provide you with the real estate expertise.
