Apply: Digital Optimisation Manager

The Digital Optimisation Manager is responsible for analysing and delivering insights on the customer journey and optimising sales pathways across digital properties for two areas of the organisation.
  
Working as part of a cross functional agile squad, you must demonstrate solid understanding of both B2C & B2B digital behaviour and be a data driven marketer, ultimately delivering targeted and relevant solutions that our customers will love.

This role is a permanent position paying $120 - $140K + super, based in Sydney CBD for a leading financial organisation.

Experience required:

• Experience in digital roles across sales, marketing, product or analytics
• Adobe suite of product including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target etc.
• Preferable experience in matrix businesses and financial services
• Data driven approach to problems & opportunities
• Proven ability to deliver to project milestones
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding business KPIs
• High level of commercial acumen
• Evidence of engaging and influencing senior management and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present value propositions
• Results Orientation – focuses attention on key objectives
• Post-graduate qualifications in business related disciplines (desirable)
• Preferable experience in matrix businesses and financial services
