Our Client, a private organisation have a new opportunity with a Federal Government department who are experiencing major change. They are looking for an experienced Senior Organisational Change Manager to join their team. This is a 6-month, hourly rate contract opportunity.

This project requires people who are driven, self-motivated, and are achievement and outcomes oriented. 

This fast-paced role will see you being responsible for:
  • Applying a structured methodology and leading change management plan
  • Working with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure readiness of change
  • Supporting continuous business improvement.
  • Identifying people change related risks and supporting risk management activities
 To support your success, you will need to bring:
  • Over 3 years’ experience working as a Senior Organisational Change Manager
  • Extremely experienced at facilitating workshops
  • Highly developed and flexible written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilience and a willingness to strive to deliver high quality outcomes.
