Key Purpose
 
·        Efficient operational and customer support across Money20/20 Europe and Money20/20 Asia

Key Accountabilities
 
·        Manage sponsor queries inbox including sending out all communications and responding to all inbound queries
·        Administration e.g. processing sponsor data, mailings, production of onsite documents (e.g. H&S forms)
·        Work with web team to build all sponsor profiles on the website, brochure & mobile app
·        Work with the marketing team and sponsor logistics manager to send out marketing toolkit full of online resources such as customisable banners, email templates to invite clients and more
·        Encourage sponsors to utilise the marketing toolkit and promote their presence
·        Floorplan checks
·        Setup and updating of sponsor portal
·        Raising POs
·        Ordering of equipment and services when required
·        Liaison with suppliers when required
·        Preparation of onsite information packs such as info packs for hall managers, briefing notes
·        Providing support to the full event team for onsite delivery
·        Set up and run the organisers’ office onsite
·        Post-show reporting
·        Ad hoc duties as and when needed

Qualifications & Experience
·        Minimum 1 years’ experience in an Event Operations role

IT Experience
·        Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
