Responsibilities:
  • Solidify, maintain, and improve end-to-end resource allocation process
  • Resource allocation for APJ services team
  • Establish and maintain services partner relationships across the region
  • Ability to set expectations through clear and direct communication, written and verbal
  • Customer Orientation: Constantly strive to understand our customers and their needs from the perspective of the Services Department
Requirements:
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience interacting with internal and external customers in an operations role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal oversight in a very dynamic work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the organization
  • Highly organized, responsive, and energetic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Financial Force software preferred
