Exciting opportunity with a Global Investment Bank
Team-lead role, regional scope

A Global Investment Bank is looking to add an experienced lawyer to its legal team in Hong Kong. To succeed in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge and experience in prime brokerage and cash equities transactions. This role will manage a team to advise internal stakeholders and provide commercial advice on legal and regulatory matters.

Above 8 PQE called to a common law jurisdiction
Open to both in-house and private practice candidates
Experience with prime brokerage and cash equities
Strong leader with substantial management experience
Commercially savvy, solution-oriented and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
