Apply: Transport Litigation Lawyer/Associate 2-4 PAE - shipping focus

Our client is a national firm with a thriving shipping litigation practice. Due to continued growth and an influx of new work, a new role has been created for a mid-level commercial litigator (ideally with 2-4 PAE) to join a growing team with prior experience or a genuine interest in transport litigation.
 
Working with partners well known for their expertise in this field, you will advise on a range of back-end litigation and front-end advisory transport & trade matters including shipping, maritime, commodities (both soft & hard), logistics & domestic/offshore trade.
 
You will be:
 
  1. Have a minimum of 2-4 years’ PAE from a well-regarded top/mid-tier commercial litigation practice. Insurance litigation experience would also be considered favourably.
  2. A disputes background is preferred, with some shipping litigation experience or a genuine interest in this area (whether it be a Masters or otherwise);
  3. Proven experience running a caseload of files in your own name and dealing directly with clients.
  4. Strong time management, drafting & prioritisation skills.
  5. Possess strong academics.
