We are seeking an experienced Policy and Complaints Coordination Officer to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. This role requires hands-on experience in policy development and review, with a strong focus on compliance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, review, and quality assurance of policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ensure alignment with legislative requirements and internal frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely policy updates
Manage customer complaints and prepare accurate summary reports

What We’re Looking For:

Proven, hands-on experience in policy development and review
Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience in government or regulatory environments is desirable
