Event Production Executive - Entry Level

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Production Executive to join our client’s team in North Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading organization in the events industry. The role is a 4-months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibitor Journey Management: Create, fulfill, and communicate exhibitor manuals.
  • Event Guide Production: Ensure timely and accurate production of event guides.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to both visitors and exhibitors, including registration assistance.
  • Onsite Preparations: Manage travel bookings, F&B arrangements, packing freight, and sourcing/managing temporary staff.
  • Administration: Maintain up-to-date records, including the Master Spreadsheet and critical path documents.
Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in event management, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
