Responsibilities:
  • Market and sell residential, commercial and industrial properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, reviewing of sales option documents
  • Responsible for the professional conduct of all sales-related functions at showflats/sales galleries which include attending to sales enquires of prospective buyers diligently, telemarketing and converting them to sales transactions
  • Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
  • Build value-based customer and agent relationships
  • Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
  • Proactive in giving feedback on all sales matters and offer market updates regularly to the Head of Department
  • Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to in carrying out the responsibilities
 
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Strong agent and clients’ network preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and articulate
  • Possess good negotiation skill
  • Achievement driven and a good team player
  • Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you may be rostered to work on weekends and statutory holiday
  • Current Real Estate Agent with good track records can apply
