Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Construction– Sydney CBD

This well established construction firm are seeking talented and experienced EA/PA to support a very busy Managing Director
 
Some of your duties will include:
  • Proactive email management on the MD’s behalf
  • Extensive diary & travel management
  • Screening incoming calls as first point of contact for MD
  • Website and social media management
  • Personal administration for the MD - pro actively looking after a number of private affairs
  • Expense Management - company credit card reconciliation
  • Coordinate Executive meetings - preparation of agenda & minute taking 
  • Ad hoc dictation, compilation of company policy documentation
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
  • Facilities & Office Management tasks
  • Assist with Sydney Office Recruitment – write Advert copy, review applications, telephone screen applicants, set up interviews.
  • Career Review Management – maintain all staff data
  • Ad hoc event management
  • Overseeing reception area 
The ideal candidate will be a highly proficient administrator and have the ability to make quick decisions and use their own initiative. You will have a positive outlook, work with discretion at all times and thrive in a fast paced, fun and professional environment.
 
Experience in a similar role within a similar working environment will be highly advantageous and help you progress in the selection process.
