Apply: IT Vendor Lead/Manager

We are looking for someone to come into one of the country's leading Banking organisations to help shape the businesses partner framework to align to strategic direction and deliver on the overall business strategy.

Working closely with the business manager, this newly created role will help the business ensure the alignment of Technology Service goals to platforms and strategies are integrated to provide a cohesive service to its customers.

This role is a mixture of Service Delivery and Procurement so having the abiity to hold key relationships with Business Owners, Vendors, Internal and External Suppliers is vitally important.

Focus areas of the role include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners
• Define a baseline of current performance with our existing partner network
• Develop SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) and eventually transition to outcome-based partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement in vendor performance
• Align partner roadmaps to our strategic direction
• Drive an innovation agenda with our partners

Experience and Other Information:
You will need to demonstrate a blend of technical and business knowledge, show experience in working a diverse range of technologies and evidence the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
Primarily we are looking for a leader to drive our culture of easy and effortless experiences. The candidate must have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills and the flexibility to thrive in a fast- paced collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• 5+ years of experience with SIAM
• Strong vendor management skills
• Able to work autonomously with the support of the team when required
• Demonstrate a deep interest for technologies through previous experiences
• Problem solver – think outside the box to find solutions to complex issues
• Excellent Communication – convey information concisely and correctly at all times
