AO3 – Program Support Officer
Location: Buderim
Pay Rate: $49.40 – $54.81 per hour
Contract: 12-month term with possible extension

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Program Support Officer to join a busy government team based in Buderim. In this AO3-level position, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational and project delivery through a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
    • Manage vehicle fleet operations – servicing, logbooks, leasing, utilisation tracking
    • Oversee car park usage and facilities coordination
    • Organise staff travel, training, and resource bookings
    • Coordinate facilities maintenance
    • Support onboarding and induction of new staff and contractors
    • Perform procurement and purchasing, including ordering PPE
    • Maintain internal registers, databases, and systems
    • Provide frontline reception and respond to external enquiries
    • Manage mail and courier deliveries
    • Support tender registration and related documentation
    • Ensure compliance with WH&S and site security procedures
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes

    • Strong administrative and coordination experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems/databases
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Strong attention to detail and time management ability
    • A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
