An international biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Cluster Lead and Affiliate Manager to oversee PV systems across Singapore and Australia. This pivotal role ensures patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence within a dynamic regional environment.

You’ll act as the local PV responsible person, leading safety governance, inspection readiness, and collaboration with regulatory authorities. Partnering with global and cross-functional teams, you’ll strengthen local PV operations and ensure robust safety monitoring across all activities.

Key Focus Areas:

• Implement and maintain local PV systems, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee safety data reporting, literature monitoring, and risk management activities.
• Lead and support local safety officers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement in PV processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 6–11 years of PV experience with strong regulatory and operational expertise.
• Confident communicator and proactive leader with regional or multi-country PV experience.
