Our Client is a global professional services firm providing a range of services for clients across sectors. Your main responsibilities would be to advise, draft and negotiate contracts and agreements, and proactively engage with senior management, internal stakeholders and external lawyers to provide legal advice. You will be part of the commercial contracts team working on services integration and negotiation.

You must:

Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university
Be called to the Singapore bar with at least 6 -10 years PQE, with relevant experience with IP and/or technology-related law, either in private practice or in-house
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
