Administrator – 6-Month Contract

Duration: 6-Month Contract
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40-hour week

We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our client’s team in Fremantle for a 6-month contract. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage emails, documents, and correspondence
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating information, papers and reports for meetings
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required
About You:
  • 3-5 years experience in an administration role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
